Taylor Bay Beach Club maintains it's own water and sewer plants. The yearly Homeowner dues and special assessments pay for all the water you need as well as all the (paved) roads maintenance, maintenance of the beach grounds, boat launch, cabana and community park area.

Volunteer Board Members

Taylor Bay Beach Club has an active and responsible Board of Directors who all live within the community. Board Members are elected positions chosen by community residents. Board Members work as volunteers to the community as they have a vested interest in maintaining the wonderful lifestyle and surroundings that all of it's members get to enjoy.
